Exchange & Return Policy

Exchanges & returns are allowed within 2 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

If you receive a defective item, you can exchange it. Please report the defect immediately to initiate the exchange process.

Yes! You are allowed to inspect the item while the courier is outside. If you choose to refuse the order after checking, you will only be required to pay the courier's delivery fee.

Refunds are processed via InstaPay or e-wallets only. Shipping fees apply. Please allow up to 24 hours for the refund to be processed.
